Here at Inward Bound we know the immense benefits of living a mindful life and our aim is to introduce as many people as possible to a mindful way of living, whether in a bid to reduce stress, manage anxiety or worry, help with symptoms of depression, or simply learn to live in the moment and live life to the full.
Therefore, we are pleased to offer simple, practical ways to bring the calming benefits of mindfulness into your everyday life, delivered to your inbox, once a week for six weeks, starting 1st March.

Our programme introduces practical strategies to deal with what life throws at you, from a small upset, to traumatic events.
The course takes you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you become more aware of any old behavior patterns, or issues you still carry in life.
Covers subjects such as:
Stress, Food, Time Management, Emotional healing & How to change negative thinking.
