We went for our Summer Day Trip to the Lavender Farm near York.
Now and again we like to take class on a field trip & sometimes we find weird & wonderful places to relax & do a meditation.

Its our birthday & we're 8 yrs old!
What an amazing ride its been.
We've had so much feedback on how we've helped people better their mental & emotional wellbeing & we'd like to say a HUGE thank you to all funds/donations received to help us deliver our work to the people of Teesside.
It's been an honour.

Saltholme Nature Reserve
Was rather blustery for our Spring day out and some where a little camera shy, but a couple of us didn't mind sitting at Alice in Wonderlands table.
The weather maybe wasn't so good, but the company, and Saltholme itself certainly was.
A gorgeous day out and looking forward to the next one.

It's our birthday today & we're 7 already!
It’s been a pleasure to watch people grow in their self-care journey & go on to bigger things.
We thank all the committee members & volunteers that played a part in getting us here.....plus all those who believed in our work and funded us, especially lottery community funding.
Then of course there's all the help/donations from our fundraising events, we couldn't have done it without you.
A huge thank you to all.

Inward Bound are delighted to be providing mindfulness and wellbeing sessions to parents and carers from The Beverley School in Middlesbrough.
It was lovely to meet parents, carers and staff in person at our Covid safe sessions in school, where we shared self care tips, learned breathing exercises and indulged in some relaxation.
We refused to let lockdown stop our weekly meet up and simply moved online to continue with our Wednesday Wellbeing group, even welcoming more members. I look forward to hosting the group each week and was pleased to receive this wonderful feedback.- Jan Fryett

JANUARY 2021
Feedback is telling us how people are really struggling due to the length of lockdown etc.
So we are starting friendly, informal sessions to unload any stress & get tips to help you with your wellbeing through these tough times (in a safe environment of course & following all the Gov guidelines).
We'll finish with a meditation to carry you through the weekend & hopefully you'll join us on Mondays for our virtual cafe .
Fingers crossed it won't be too long till life opens up again.
Till then as always, stay strong.
Please note: you must request a place due to Covid rules.
So please get in touch if you feel we can help.

Good news, we can start back in class soon, once safety paperwork is completed. But we need to check people are confident about being indoors & we are only allowed 5 in due to social distancing, hence we haven't said yes already, as regular attendees are 8-12. But we'll sort it & let you know asap
30TH JULY 2020
Hello everyone, hope you're doing well during this very extended period of lock-down.
Just wanted to let you know that August sees our 6th birthday, but it's sad we can't celebrate together like we have in previous years. However safety has to come first.
As well as it being our birthday, it also sees our financial year end and with that, the sad news that only our Friday classes will continue when we return, as our funding has ended and there's a time period before re-applying.
Stay strong
Marie
